I loved the book. America honors so many things, but forgets to honor what God honors. Every Christian should read this book several times.
This book is a great way to gain valuable insight into honoring a man of God. Why do we need a Pastor? Once we have one, what do you do next? This book offers a candid explanation of the relationship between believers and their Pastor and is worth reading again and again!
This book is so good that I have read this book at least five times. It is like a ruler that helps me gauge my attitude toward my Pastor and keep it in check. Each reading is a fresh reminder of the reason God gave me a Pastor and why I should be very thankful for and value that gift. It would be the perfect book for church members to read every year, especially around Pastor Appreciation month.

Esteeming the Gifts of a pastor is the go to book for knowledge on the office of the pastor and how as a believer we are to esteem that gift from God. God has given gifts to men & women and the gift of having a spirti filled annointed pastor in your life is key to the belivers walk with God. Pastors represent our Father in heaven and their role in our lives is invaluable. This book taught me the true meaning of the "pastoral office"and Gods plan for ordaining this intregal connection for our lives. I recommend all belivers read this book it will change your perspective regarding pastors and enlighten your walk with God.
I think the info. in this Book should be a reading assignment for every Leader and incorporated in New Member class in their church.
